When you step out of your cottage in the morning you will turn back time to a gentler period of your life. You remember it as the time before all the commotion. In the distance is the faint whine of an old outboard. The waves coming from its wake push softly past the white sand and around the conch shells scattered along the beach. There are no bells going off, no beepers. You can enjoy your thoughts while sipping a cup of coffee.

Tranquility. You’ll find yourself thinking about memories from a long time ago. You’ll remember grooming your first horse so often that your arms were sore. Or the first time you had enough courage to dive into the deep end of the pool. Or the first three-pointer you hit in an important basketball game. Or the first day at your first job, which is how you got to Deep Water Cay in the first place. Then the sun will rise above the clouds and your day will begin. But not so fast. Just let it.

Cabanas

Accommodations at Deep Water Cay are comfortably relaxed. Individuals or fishing partners typically prefer our Cabanas. The Cabanas are one-bedroom units with a private bathroom and two full beds. Each Cabana has a front porch, which overlooks a bonefish flat. Each Cabana is appointed with a refrigerator, coffee maker, walk-in closet, and air conditioning. You’ll be situated equidistantly from the Clubhouse, Welcome Center, dock, and Infinity Pool.

If you prefer, private homes are available. Our private homes are more spacious and include full kitchens, sitting and living rooms, dining areas, and wrap-around verandas. In these cottages guests are treated to morning sunrises, evening sunsets, and unparalleled water views. Choose from a variety of cottages to suit your group’s particular needs.
