Rates and Reservations

Flats Fishing

Inclusions:

Accommodations, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, professional guides or instructors. Daily recreational choice must be selected and scheduled in advance at time of booking. 

Exclusions:

Offshore fishing, 10% Bahamian room tax, 12% Resort Services Fee on room and meals, tackle rental, guide gratuity (suggested minimum $50 per boat per day), alcoholic beverages, and transportation-related fees.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgment that Guest has read and accepts the cancellation polict (see below).

Payment:

Payments may be made by check, MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Regardless of method of payment, credit card information will be required to hold booking.

Cancellation policy:

If written cancellation is received up to 90 days prior to arrival, deposit will be refunded less a processing fee of $100 per person. If written cancellation is received 89 days and up to 15 days prior to arrival, the Club will hold payments received to be applied to a future trip to be taken within 120 days of original date (based on availability). Payments received are non-refundable for cancellations made less that 15 days prior to arrival.

Acts of Nature:

Trip insurance is recommended as refunds are not given for bad weather conditions.

A La Carte Pricing

Massage Per Hour

Outdoor Pursuits

Dive/Snorkel

Includes dive/snorkel equipment and instructor/guide.

Snorkel - $200 for minimum 4 persons, $50 each additional person.

Scuba (2 tank dive) - $480 for 1 to 2 divers, $110 each additional diver.

Full Day Diving (3 tank dive with lunch) - $650 for 1 to 2 divers, $130 each additional diver.

Discover scuba diving (pool instruction, 1 tank dive with lunch) $300, $235 each additional student.

PADI Open Water certification (classroom and pool instruction 3 to 5 days and 4 open water dives) $850 each with minimum 2 students, $750 each additional student.

Beach Excursion

Includes guide, lunch, snorkel equipment, and recreation equipment $400 for 2 to 6 persons, $50 each additional person.

Sunset Cruise

Includes choice of beer, wine, or rum punch with chef's hors d'oeuvre platter $300 for 4 persons, additional food and beverage charge for larger party.

Note: Pricing does not include gratuities or alcoholic beverages, unless included in excursion.
