Since it was founded in 1958, Deep Water Cay has become a world-renowned bonefishing destination. Today this legendary destination is being transformed into a private sporting club for a limited number of members, homeowners and their families.
Approximately half of the 200 equity club memberships and half of the 50 oceanfront homesites have already been purchased. Club memberships start at $30,000. Oceanfront homesites start at $250,000.
All Deep Water Cay Club oceanfront homesites face west providing spectacular sunsets. Also, all homesites are just minutes from the Clubhouse, marina and airstrip.
In addition to world class fishing, Deep Water Cay Club offers exceptional club conveniences and services, and a wide range of activities for all members of the family. Deep Water Cay Club is managed by The Greenbrier Resort & Club Management Company.

Club amenities include snorkeling, tennis, infinity pool, kayaking, spa and fitness center, trap shooting, and of course fabulous guided fishing. The Clubhouse provides the perfect gathering place to relax and enjoy the wonderful Caribbean cuisine prepared by local chefs.
A private 4,200-ft paved jet airstrip and Customs house make Deep Water Cay Club easily accessible for members and homeowners. Commercial flights are available to Freeport from many U.S. cities including Miami, Palm Beach, Tampa, Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Newark, Hartford, Philadelphia and New York City. Dockage is also available for members cruising the Caribbean.
