Corporate groups hold meetings at Deep Water Cay for two reasons. Why? Because in order to think out of the box you need to have the box removed. Box removal is our specialty, which is why so many groups find Deep Water Cay to be an ideal boutique meeting venue.

Our on-island conference room is accompanied by satellite Internet, cell reception, hard phone lines and a new flat screen for presentations. Our Bahamian and West Indian cuisine is sure to inspire your palate, and hosted cocktail receptions can be held poolside or at our Tiki Bar which overlooks the harbor.

Why not take a break from your meetings and enjoy some of our activities? We’ve got water sports, which range from fly-fishing for bonefish, reef fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, and sailing. Landlubbers enjoy a workout in our gym or a set of tennis. Follow them all up with a rejuvenating massage and you’ll return stateside refreshed for the next business quarter.
