Executive Chef Dwain Clare, Bahamian native son, graduated from the Tourism and Hotel program and went to study cooking at the Westminster Hotel College in London, as well as the Culinary Institute of America. Back home again, Chef Clare says, “Here at Deep Water Cay, I can create fantastic high-end local dishes with my signature inspired style and daily changing menus, while utilizing the finest and freshest seafood available – caught sometimes right off our own dock.”
